LMSW Social Worker
StartDate: 11/9/2026 Pay Rate: $1600.00 - $2300.00

POSITION SUMMARY – LMSW Social Worker

POSITION DUTIES – Provide clinical assessment, crisis intervention, care coordination, and discharge planning to help patients and families navigate medical, emotional, and social needs during hospitalization.

MINIMUM REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS –

• Valid license and current registration as an LMSW or LCSW, issued by the New York State Education Department
• Master's degree in Social Work from a School of Social Work accredited by the Council on Social Work Education
• 2 years recent social work experience in an acute hospital setting

LENGTH OF ASSIGNMENT – 16 weeks

SHIFT / HOURS PER WEEK – Monday – Thursday, 9a-3pm. In addition, 1/month support group coverage on 4th Monday from 5:30-7pm. 20hrs/wk.

SYSTEMS – Cerner, Paragon

START DATE – 11/9/2026
