RN Utilization Review
StartDate: 10/26/2026 Pay Rate: $1800.00 - $2500.00
POSITION SUMMARY – RN Utilization Review
POSITION DUTIES – Evaluates the medical necessity and appropriateness of inpatient and outpatient services, performs concurrent and retrospective chart reviews, collaborates with physicians and care teams, ensures compliance with payer and regulatory requirements, obtains authorizations, and helps optimize patient outcomes, length of stay, and reimbursement.
MINIMUM REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS –
- CA RN license
- BLS
- ACLS
- Proof of negative TB screen within the past 12 months
- 3 years recent Utilization Management experience
LENGTH OF ASSIGNMENT – 13 weeks
SHIFT / HOURS PER WEEK – 8:00am - 4:30pm
SYSTEMS – CPSI/Evident
START DATE – 10/26/2026
