RN Case Management
StartDate: 1/4/2027 Pay Rate: $1800.00 - $2500.00

POSITION SUMMARY – RN  Case Management

POSITION DUTIES – Case manager  team offsite, but Interqual required for Initial and CSR (discharge assessments)

MINIMUM REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS – RN Florida/Compact. 2-4 years RN CM in acute care facility.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS – Prefer HCA experience.

LENGTH OF ASSIGNMENT – 13 Weeks

SHIFT / HOURS PER WEEK – 8:00AM - 4:30PM

SYSTEMS – Meditech, Midas, Nate, Outlook, Imobile

START DATE – 1/4/2027
