Degree in Radiologic Technology, American Registry for Diagnostic Medical Sonography (ARDMS) Ultrasound certification, and minimum 1+ years Imaging experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Schedule/Hours:

• Travel position (specific shift details provided upon assignment)

Key Qualifications:

• Expertise in general ultrasound imaging, including 2D, color Doppler, and Doppler echocardiograms
• Proficient in performing both stress and dobutamine echocardiograms and capable of interpreting and analyzing complex results
• Skilled in non-imaging continuous Doppler for effective diagnosis of abnormal pathologies
• Mastery of echocardiography, including diagnosis of wall motion/left ventricular regional wall abnormalities, pericardial and pleural effusion, connections of stenotic/regurgitant lesions, and congenital abnormalities
• Experience with portable studies and equipment mobilization
• Strong communication skills for patient interaction and prompt reporting to referring physicians

Core Responsibilities:

• Review clinical history and conduct comprehensive cardiac ultrasound exams
• Explain procedures, position patients, and ensure their comfort
• Perform and interpret a variety of cardiac ultrasound tests, including portable studies
• Document and prepare accurate technical reports; use devices such as video recorders and transducers to collect permanent records
• Record, calculate, and plot control values for instrument reliability
• Maintain a clean and organized testing environment, managing equipment sanitation and supply stocking

$2,057 - $2,176/Week Estimated weekly earnings represent hourly wages, based on 40 hours per week, and expense reimbursement for eligible candidates. The actual amount may vary based on hours worked, eligibility for reimbursements, and seasonal adjustments.
