Qualifications:

• Active RN license, in good standing
• Minimum of 1-2 years of recent ICU nursing experience
• BLS and ACLS certifications required
• Proficient in critical thinking, patient assessment, and rapid-response protocols
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills

• Shifts and hours to be discussed during the interview process

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide vigilant, high-quality care to adult patients in the ICU
• Monitor, assess, and document patient conditions and responses to treatment
• Administer medications and advanced therapies according to established standards
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including physicians, respiratory therapists, and case managers
• Respond promptly to changes in patients’ status and implement appropriate interventions
• Educate patients and families on care plans, procedures, and recovery goals
• Uphold infection prevention, safety, and compliance standards in a fast-paced trauma and stroke center environment

$1,845 - $2,007/Week Estimated weekly earnings represent hourly wages, based on 36 hours per week, and expense reimbursement for eligible candidates. The actual amount may vary based on hours worked, eligibility for reimbursements, and seasonal adjustments.
