Must hold current certification in echocardiography as a Registered Diagnostic Cardiac Sonographer (RDCS) via ARDMS or Registered Cardiac Sonographer (RCS) via CCI. A minimum of 1 year of experience as an Echo Tech required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Step into a vital role supporting cardiac imaging services over a 13-week assignment. This opportunity requires expertise in echocardiography and a keen commitment to providing excellent patient care. Schedule:

• 7:00 AM – 4:30 PM, Monday through Friday
• Call rotation: 1-2 nights per week

Desired Qualifications:

• Current ARDMS or CCI certification in echocardiography
• Proficient in performing adult and pediatric echo exams, stress echos, and assisting with transesophageal echocardiograms
• Strong knowledge of cardiac anatomy and physiology
• Capable of using advanced imaging and PACS equipment
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to interact with multidisciplinary teams
• Detail-oriented with sound clinical judgment

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform high-quality echocardiographic exams as ordered by physicians
• Collaborate with cardiologists to deliver accurate and timely diagnostic images
• Explain procedures clearly and compassionately to patients, ensuring their comfort and safety
• Maintain accurate patient records and safeguard patient confidentiality at all times
• Participate in quality assurance, equipment maintenance, and departmental improvement efforts
• Respond promptly when on call to provide essential echo services outside routine hours

$2,299 - $2,432/Week Estimated weekly earnings represent hourly wages, based on 40 hours per week, and expense reimbursement for eligible candidates. The actual amount may vary based on hours worked, eligibility for reimbursements, and seasonal adjustments.
