Required Qualifications & Experience:

• Active, unencumbered RN license (state or compact)
• BLS and ACLS certifications required
• At least 1-2 years of recent ICU experience preferred
• Strong critical thinking skills and ability to thrive in high-pressure settings
• Exceptional communication and teamwork abilities

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver safe, patient-centered care to critically ill adult patients
• Administer medications, manage complex monitoring equipment, and perform necessary interventions
