Required Qualifications & Experience

• Completion of an accredited Radiologic Technology program
• Current ARRT certification in Radiography; ARRT (VI) or (IR) preferred
• State licensure or eligibility for licensure in Louisiana
• Experience in Interventional Radiology procedures and equipment
• Strong knowledge of radiation safety and sterile technique
• Effective communication and teamwork skills

Key Responsibilities

• Operate imaging equipment for interventional radiology procedures
• Assist physicians during diagnostic and therapeutic interventions
• Ensure patient safety, comfort, and confidentiality throughout procedures
• Prepare procedure rooms and maintain equipment
• Accurately document patient information and imaging results
• Collaborate with multiple departments for seamless patient care
