Qualifications & Desired Experience:

• Current certification in Nuclear Medicine Technology (CNMT or ARRT-N is required)
• Valid state licensure as applicable for Nuclear Medicine practice
• Demonstrated experience with nuclear medicine imaging equipment and radiopharmaceuticals
• Proficiency in performing and analyzing SPECT, PET, and hybrid studies
• Strong patient-centered communication and empathy
• In-depth understanding of radiation safety protocols
• Effective time management, with sharp attention to accuracy and detail

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and administer radiopharmaceuticals, adhering to safety regulations
• Operate imaging equipment to obtain high-quality diagnostic images
• Assess images for clarity, assisting physicians with image interpretation
• Monitor patient responses during procedures, addressing comfort and safety needs
• Document findings and processes in electronic health records
• Maintain equipment, supplies, and work area to ensure compliance with regulatory standards
• Educate patients and families on procedures and answer related questions

$2,662 - $2,816/Week Estimated weekly earnings represent hourly wages, based on 40 hours per week, and expense reimbursement for eligible candidates. The actual amount may vary based on hours worked, eligibility for reimbursements, and seasonal adjustments.
