Deliver advanced, compassionate care in a high-acuity emergency setting, leveraging your expertise as a Registered Nurse with specialized ER experience. This contract opportunity spans 13 weeks and offers a dynamic environment for professionals seeking to make a genuine impact on patient outcomes.

Schedule:

• 3 x 12-hour shifts per week
• Variable shifts for increased flexibility

Qualifications:

• Active Minnesota RN license
• Minimum of 2 years of recent experience as an ER nurse
• Current BLS, PALS, and TNCC certifications required
• Adaptability and quick decision-making skills in fast-paced situations
• Commitment to excellent patient assessment, intervention, and communication

Responsibilities:

• Assess, triage, and prioritize patient needs rapidly upon arrival to the emergency department
• Provide high-quality, direct patient care to individuals with acute and urgent medical conditions
• Collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure comprehensive and coordinated care
• Document assessments, interventions, and patient responses accurately and promptly
• Respond to medical emergencies and initiate appropriate interventions, drawing on advanced clinical knowledge and critical thinking

$2,451 - $2,584/Week Estimated weekly earnings represent hourly wages, based on 40 hours per week, and expense reimbursement for eligible candidates. The actual amount may vary based on hours worked, eligibility for reimbursements, and seasonal adjustments.
