Description
Minimum 1+ years Electrophysiology (EP) Lab Technologist experience and RCES or ARRT certification required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.
An immediate opportunity is available for an experienced professional skilled in Imaging - EP Tech. This contract position focuses on providing high-quality electrophysiology support within a hospital environment. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a strong foundation in EP Tech practices and a commitment to excellence in patient care.
Key Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an EP Tech, specifically within an imaging and hospital setting
- Proficient in electrophysiology diagnostics, procedures, and EP lab protocols
- Familiarity with the operation and maintenance of relevant equipment
- Current certification or registry in EP Technology (as required by the facility or regulatory bodies)
- Ability to collaborate effectively with physicians, nurses, and other medical staff
- Strong organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail
- Dedication to maintaining patient confidentiality and quality assurance standards
Responsibilities:
- Prepare, operate, and maintain electrophysiology and imaging equipment in accordance with protocol
- Assist physicians during EP studies, ablations, and device implant procedures
- Collect and document patient data before, during, and after procedures
- Monitor patient status, respond promptly to changes, and ensure safety at all times
- Maintain accurate records of procedures and equipment in compliance with facility standards
- Contribute to a sterile, safe, and efficient lab environment
- Consistently communicate with other clinical staff to coordinate patient care

$2,904 - $3,072/Week Estimated weekly earnings represent hourly wages, based on 40 hours per week, and expense reimbursement for eligible candidates. The actual amount may vary based on hours worked, eligibility for reimbursements, and seasonal adjustments.
