3W Cardiovascular MS/TELE RN
3x12 or 4x12 Nights 7pm-7am, weekdays, every other weekend, float
**Please limit holiday RTO requests to no more than 1 of the 3 major holidays**
Orientation/Start Date held every other week on Thursday
Ratios: 1:7 (Team Nursing Approach)
Years of experience REQ: 2 Years
First-timers accepted: Yes - if experience requirements met
Every other weekend required
Certs REQ: BLS, ACLS
Skill Requirements: Telemetry, Interpretation of dysrhythmias; Management of Dysrhythmias.
No Call Requirement
Clinician may be floated to meet facility needs when necessary
Blocked Schedule requests considered - discuss in interview
100mi. Radius Rule (75-99mi. can be sent for facility approval)
WV/Compact RN License required - can submit with pending RN license
RTO Restrictions: None, must include on application/profile and discuss with manager during interview
Guaranteed Hours: 36hrs or 48hrs/week an option - discuss during interview
Special Requirements: Telemetry, Interpretation of dysrhythmias, Management of Dysrhythmias.
Unit Description: 38 Beds. Medical Patients with emphasis on cardiovascular disease. Utilizes a team approach to provide optimal care and education. A team of 7-8 patients includes 1 RN, 1 LPN and 1 Nursing Assistant. The registered nurses are patient advocates who collaborate with various health team members to deliver quality nursing care. We offer a work environment conducive to learning in order to assist staff in growth and development through education, certification, career ladder and personal goals.
Submission Requirements:
Perm employees cannot return to CAMC as a traveler for 2 Years after last day worked perm
Flu Shot: Please DO NOT SEND ANYONE WHO REFUSES FLU SHOT WITHOUT MEDICAL PROOF. CAMC requires all personnel take flu vaccine unless they have allergy documented by an allergist or physician record. CAMC FLU SEASON IS OCTOBER 1st - MARCH 31st. NOT REQUIRED OUTSIDE OF THAT WINDOW.
Covid Vaccine NOT required
