Years of experience REQ: 18 months experience required; 2 years preferred. *Cath/IR Nursing experience, Neuro experience and procedural experience preferred

Certs REQ: BLS, ACLS (must have at time of submittal), NIHSS (must obtain prior to start)

Will clinician float within scope to meet facility needs? Yes-Will float to all 3 hospitals (Martin North, South, Tradition - within 20 miles)

Is on-call REQ? (Y/N) What is the req? On call requirements once a week and once every 6 weekends; Manager will specify during the interview

Guaranteed Hours: 36 for 12’s’ 3- for 8/10’s
