Description
• RTO: ALL requests must be included with the submission.
• Call off Policy: Facility is allowed to call off 1 shift per 2 weeks.
• Holiday Requirement: May be required to work one holiday per 13-week contract (in rotation with staff) Virginia Physical Therapy license required. Does not need to be in hand upon submittal, can apply immediately upon offer.
• BLS / ARRT(R)
• Education: DPT or Master's required.
