about the Role:
Join our compassionate home health team in Tulsa as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)! In this role, you’ll provide therapy services to patients of all ages in their homes, helping them improve communication, swallowing, and cognitive-linguistic skills. This position is perfect for motivated SLPs who value flexible schedules, patient-centered care, and making a meaningful difference in people’s lives.
What You’ll Do:
Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and provide speech, language, and swallowing therapy in patients’ homes
Collaborate with patients, families, caregivers, and other healthcare professionals to achieve therapy goals
Document patient progress accurately and in compliance with company and state guidelines
Participate in team meetings and ongoing professional development
Provide patient-centered care that promotes independence and quality of life
Requirements:
Active Oklahoma SLP license
Home health or outpatient experience preferred, but new graduates/CFs welcome
Strong clinical, organizational, and communication skills
Ability to work independently and provide compassionate patient care
Reliable transportation and willingness to travel within the Tulsa area
