What You’ll Do:

Evaluate patients and create individualized OT plans

Provide therapy to improve self-care, motor skills, cognitive function, and daily living

Collaborate with psychiatrists, nurses, and other healthcare staff

Document progress and participate in team meetings

Educate patients and families on strategies to boost independence

Requirements:

Missouri OT license (active)

Experience in mental health or inpatient settings preferred

Strong clinical, communication, and teamwork skills

Ability to work independently and with a multidisciplinary team
