Description
Location: Mesa, AZ – U.S. Renal Care, Mesa Home
Address: 1337 S. Gilbert Rd., Unit 106, Mesa, AZ 85204
Contract: 13 Weeks
Start: ASAP or by 11/02/2026
Guaranteed Hours: 40 hours/week
Typical Schedule: Monday–Friday, approximately 8:00 AM–4:30 PM
Coverage Area: Mesa, Northeast Phoenix, and surrounding areas
Job Summary
Seeking an experienced Dialysis RN to support U.S. Renal Care's home dialysis program. The RN will train new patients and caregivers on the Tablo Hemodialysis System and provide ongoing clinical support to existing Tablo home dialysis patients.
This position requires an RN who is comfortable working independently, educating patients and caregivers, troubleshooting dialysis treatments, assessing patient competency, and supporting patients as they transition to or continue home dialysis.
Key Responsibilities
Train patients and caregivers on the Tablo Hemodialysis System.
Educate patients on treatment setup, operation, and safe use of Tablo.
Provide self-care and self-cannulation education as appropriate.
Assess patient competency and readiness for home dialysis.
Support established Tablo patients with clinical questions and troubleshooting.
Reinforce training and provide additional education when needed.
Monitor patient progress and identify clinical or educational needs.
Collaborate with U.S. Renal Care, Outset, nephrologists, and the care team.
Maintain accurate training, treatment, and clinical documentation.
Follow dialysis safety, infection prevention, and vascular access standards.
Travel throughout the assigned Phoenix-area territory as needed.
Provide occasional after-hours support when required.
Requirements
Active Arizona RN license or applicable compact multistate RN license.
Recent dialysis experience – Required
Tablo Hemodialysis System experience – Required
Chronic, outpatient, or home dialysis experience strongly preferred.
Home dialysis training experience preferred.
Strong patient/caregiver education skills.
Experience with self-care and self-cannulation education preferred.
Strong clinical assessment, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and travel throughout the assigned area.
Must complete required Tablo University training modules before starting.
