📍 Somerville, MA | 🗓️ 13 Weeks | ⏱️ 40 hrs/week – Days (8:00a–4:30p)

Seeking an experienced Occupational Therapist (OT) with 1–2+ years of inpatient experience in behavioral health, pediatrics, and/or mental health settings. The OT will work as part of a multidisciplinary rehab team providing care for patients with psychiatric and neurodevelopmental diagnoses in an inpatient behavioral health environment.

Responsibilities include completing OT evaluations, group therapy sessions, and individualized treatment plans while supporting patient functional and psychosocial goals. Candidates should have strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively with complex behavioral health populations.

Some schedule flexibility required, including possible Saturday coverage with a weekday off and potential holiday coverage. Travel experience highly preferred. EPIC experience preferred.

Certifications required: Active MA OT License + AHA BLS
