📍 Everett, MA | 🗓️ 13 Weeks | 🏥 PACU/Pre-Op RN – Rotating Shifts

CHA Everett Hospital is seeking an experienced PACU/Pre-Op Registered Nurse for a rotating shift assignment supporting both Pre-Op and PACU services. This role is ideal for an RN with strong perioperative experience who is comfortable floating between recovery and pre-operative care areas.

The RN will provide care for surgical patients across multiple specialties including General Surgery, GYN, Urology, Plastics, Orthopedics, Sports Medicine, Podiatry, Hand procedures, Vascular cases, Endoscopy, and some Interventional Radiology recoveries requiring anesthesia support.

Typical shifts include 6:30a-5p, 7a-5:30p, 7:30a-6p, or 8:30a-7p, working four 10-hour shifts weekly for 40 guaranteed hours. On-call responsibilities are included with a rotating 6-team call schedule.

Requirements:

Active Massachusetts RN License
Current AHA BLS, ACLS & PALS certifications
Minimum 2+ years recent Pre-Op/PACU experience
Travel experience preferred
Experience with EPIC EMR preferred

Unit Details:

Float between Pre-Op and PACU
PACU experience with occasional pressor support preferred
Rotating weekend and holiday requirements
Charge capability highly preferred
Scrubs provided by unit

Patterns Hiring Job ID #11819-6. Pay package is based on 10 hour shifts and 40 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
