📍 Everett, MA | 🗓️ 13 Weeks | ⏱️ 40 hrs/week – Varied 10-Hour Shifts

Seeking an experienced PACU Registered Nurse (RN) with 2+ years of recent Pre-Op/PACU experience in an acute care surgical setting. Candidates must be comfortable floating between Pre-Op and PACU while caring for post-anesthesia patients across multiple surgical specialties.

The RN will provide pre-operative assessments, post-anesthesia recovery care, patient monitoring, medication administration, and support for surgical and IR recovery patients. Experience with occasional vasoactive drips such as Neo is preferred. Surgical specialties include General, GYN, Urology, Plastics, Orthopedics, Podiatry, Vascular, Endoscopy, and IR procedures.

Schedule includes four 10-hour varied shifts with rotating on-call responsibilities and occasional weekend coverage. Block scheduling is not offered. Charge nurse capability is highly preferred. Clinical IVS interview required prior to confirmation. EPIC experience preferred.

Requirements:

Active MA RN License
Current AHA BLS, ACLS & PALS
2+ years recent Pre-Op/PACU experience
Travel experience preferred
Must be willing to work every other major holiday
