Description

📍 Canton, GA | 🗓️ 13 Weeks | ⏱️ 40 hrs/week – 8:00a–4:30p (Days, Variable)
Seeking an experienced Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) with 15–18 months+ recent experience to support a dynamic acute care setting. The SLP will work with a diverse patient population, including ICU, stroke/neurological, dysphagia, respiratory, and cognitive-communication cases.
Responsibilities include bedside swallow evaluations, cognitive and speech assessments, individualized treatment planning, and patient/family education, while collaborating closely with interdisciplinary teams. Must be comfortable managing medically complex patients in a fast-paced hospital environment. Experience with MBS/FEES is a plus but not required.
Flexibility required for variable scheduling and weekend rotations (minimum 2 per 4 weeks, preferred more).
Certifications required: AHA BLS + GA SLP License & CCC-SLP
