Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
Shift: 8-Hour Days
Guaranteed Hours: 40 Hours/Week

Job Summary

Northside Hospital Forsyth is seeking an experienced MRI Technologist to join a high-volume imaging department providing care to Emergency Department, inpatient, and outpatient populations. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working independently while delivering high-quality diagnostic imaging services in a fast-paced hospital environment.

Responsibilities
Perform MRI procedures according to physician orders and department protocols.
Produce high-quality diagnostic images while ensuring patient safety and comfort.
Screen patients for MRI safety and contraindications.
Assist with specialized MRI procedures, including Breast Biopsy Exams.
Monitor patients during imaging procedures and respond appropriately to patient needs.
Maintain accurate documentation within Cerner EMR.
Collaborate with radiologists, physicians, nurses, and imaging staff.
Ensure compliance with MRI safety, infection control, and quality standards.
Requirements
Minimum 2 Years of Recent MRI Experience.
ARRT (MRI) Certification Required.
Current AHA BLS Certification.
Experience in a hospital-based MRI department preferred.
Cerner experience preferred.
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
