Seeking an experienced Long Term Care Registered Nurse for a 13-week travel assignment in a skilled nursing facility. This role is ideal for an RN with strong long-term care experience who is committed to delivering compassionate, patient-centered care to residents in a skilled nursing environment.

Responsibilities:

Provide comprehensive nursing care to long-term care residents
Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders
Assess, monitor, and document changes in resident condition
Coordinate care with physicians, nursing staff, and interdisciplinary team members
Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with facility policies
Support resident safety, quality care, and continuity of care throughout the shift

Requirements:

Active New York RN License
Current BLS Certification
Minimum 2 years of recent Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF)/Long Term Care RN experience
Strong clinical assessment and documentation skills

Assignment Details:

Evening Shift: 2:00 PM – 10:30 PM
5 x 8-hour shifts per week (must be available to work at least 4 shifts weekly)
Every other weekend required
13-week assignment
Local and travel candidates accepted (50-mile radius rule applies)
Previous employees of the facility are not eligible for travel assignment
