Job Title: RN – Operating Room (General OR)
Location: Zanesville, OH
Duration: 13 Weeks
Shift: Day Shift

Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Operating Room Registered Nurse for a 13-week contract assignment. The RN will be responsible for circulating in the OR and supporting surgical teams across a variety of procedures.

Schedule & Call:

36 hours/week (3x12s: 7:00 AM – 7:30 PM) or 4x10s (7:00 AM – 5:30 PM)
Rotating weekday and weekend call required
Call responsibilities shared across team (Call 1 & Call 2)
Holiday call may be required based on assignment dates

Responsibilities:

Circulate in the operating room for surgical procedures
Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesia, and surgical staff
Ensure adherence to patient safety and sterile protocols
Float to affiliated surgery centers as needed

Requirements:

Active RN license (state license required)
BLS and ACLS certifications required
Minimum 3 years of recent OR experience
Experience with Robotic, Neuro, and Ortho cases preferred
Experience with Epic EMR required

Additional Details:

Guaranteed 36 hours per week
Overtime applicable after 40 hours
On-call rotation with callback minimums
Facility may adjust schedule based on census and staffing needs
Up to 36 hours may be canceled over a 13-week assignment
