Description

ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
Conducts comprehensive diagnostic hearing assessments
Conducts hearing and balance evaluations for patients of all ages according to established standards
Evaluates, repairs, and performs fittings on hearing aids
Performs VNG Testing
Performs Cochlear Implant candidacy evaluations, activations, and re-mapping
Conducts follow-up evaluations for patients
Performs canalith repositioning maneuvers
Dispenses FM assistive listening systems and other assistive devices

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE:
Minimum 1 year of experience
Doctoral Degree in Audiology - Education Verification Required
Licensure as an audiologist in state of Wisconsin

Patterns Hiring Job ID #294825. Pay package is based on 8 hour shifts and 40 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
