"Travel Float Pool RN | Night Shift | Kealakekua, HI

Seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) for a Float Pool assignment supporting multiple Med/Surg and Telemetry units, with additional coverage in ICU and ED overflow.

Assignment Details:
Location: Kealakekua, HI
Shift: Nights (12-hour shifts)
Schedule: 72 hours every two weeks
Engagement Type: Travel contract
Key Responsibilities:
Provide patient care across Med/Surg and Telemetry units
Float between assigned units based on staffing and patient needs
Support ICU and ED overflow patients when required
Monitor patient conditions and respond to clinical changes
Administer medications and treatments per protocol
Maintain accurate documentation in EPIC EMR
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure continuity of care
Clinical Scope:
Primary units: 2 Med/Surg-Tele units
Additional coverage: ICU and Emergency Department overflow
Patient population: Adult medical and surgical patients
Requirements (Must-Have):
Active Hawaii RN License
Recent Med/Surg and/or Telemetry experience
Experience with EPIC EMR
Ability to float across multiple units
Floating: Required across Med/Surg, Tele, ICU overflow, and ED overflow
Scheduling: Night shifts with bi-weekly hour structure
Work Environment: Acute care hospital setting
Compliance: Background check and drug screening required"
