Position Overview

Seeking an experienced Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) to provide comprehensive cardiopulmonary care across all age groups. This role requires strong clinical competency, adaptability, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced acute care environment.

Clinical Responsibilities
Provide respiratory care to patients across all age groups
Perform assessments, treatments, and monitoring of cardiopulmonary conditions
Administer oxygen therapy, aerosolized medications, and ventilator support
Respond to respiratory emergencies and support critical care interventions
Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams for patient care planning
Maintain accurate and timely documentation in EMR
Clinical Skills & Equipment
Ventilator management (adult, pediatric, neonatal preferred)
Airway management and respiratory support techniques
ABG interpretation and oxygen therapy
Experience in acute and critical care respiratory services
Requirements
Active Respiratory Therapist License (must be in good standing)
RRT Certification required
Minimum 3 years of recent Respiratory Therapy experience
BLS, ACLS, and PALS required (NRP preferred)
Ability to care for patients across all age groups
Additional Details
EMR System: EPIC
No guarantee of weekends off
No on-call requirement
Holiday coverage not required
