Shift: 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM, self-scheduling available
Facility Size: 150–500 beds
Trauma Level: Level 2

Job Summary:
Memorial Health is seeking a Rehabilitation RN to provide high-quality inpatient care during night shifts. The ideal candidate will be able to self-schedule and deliver patient-centered care in a fast-paced rehabilitation environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide direct nursing care to patients in an inpatient rehabilitation setting.
Administer medications, monitor vital signs, and perform clinical assessments.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to implement care plans.
Support patient mobility, recovery, and rehabilitation goals.
Maintain accurate patient records and document nursing interventions.
Respond to patient emergencies and provide basic life support as needed.
Adhere to hospital policies, procedures, and safety protocols.
Provide compassionate patient education and support to families.
Requirements:
Current, active RN license in Oklahoma.
Minimum 1 year of nursing experience.
BLS/BCLS certification (AHA Provider level).
Experience in rehabilitation nursing preferred but not required.
Ability to self-schedule and work night shifts, including holiday coverage.
