Description

Job description:
-Primary duties are PT evaluations and treatments. Inpatient (25%) acute, ICU, SNF, and outpatient (75%) settings.
-PT in rural Kauai requires independence and thorough care approaches for all outpatient diagnoses, and acute to SNF inpatient mobility progression with knowledge of discharge planning.
-PT is required to work in ER, ICU, Med/Surg (Acute, Observation, and SNF), occasionally in OB, and extensively in our hospital based Outpatient PT Clinic.
-A full PT schedule is a mix of in and outpatients every 30-45 minutes (one hour new eval's), which could be between 5 and 15 patients per day.

Patterns Hiring Job ID #297156-17. Pay package is based on 8 hour shifts and 40 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
