📍 Lake Geneva, WI | 🗓️ 13 Weeks | 🧪 MLT/MLS – Night Shift

Seeking an experienced Medical Laboratory Technician (MLT) or Medical Laboratory Scientist (MLS) for a 13-week assignment in a hospital laboratory setting. This role is ideal for a laboratory professional with strong generalist experience and a background in Hematology and Blood Bank testing.

Schedule:
• 13 Week Assignment
• 40 Hours per Week
• Night Shift
• Holiday Coverage Required

Requirements:
• MLT/MLS Generalist Certification or Specialty Certification (BB, C, H, or M)
• Qualified to perform high-complexity testing per CLIA standards
• Hematology Experience Required
• Blood Bank Experience Required
• Education Verification Required
• EPIC Experience Preferred

Responsibilities:
• Collect patient specimens
• Perform laboratory testing in Hematology, Chemistry, Urinalysis, Blood Bank, and/or Microbiology
• Analyze and verify test results for accuracy prior to release
• Report and document critical results appropriately
• Perform quality control and proficiency testing
• Troubleshoot QC issues and laboratory instrumentation
• Complete preventive maintenance and calibration procedures
• Participate in instrument evaluations and implementations
• Train new staff and students as needed
• Maintain competency in current and newly implemented testing methods

Ideal Candidate:
• Strong laboratory generalist background
• Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills
• Experience working in a fast-paced hospital laboratory environment
• Ability to work independently while maintaining high-quality patient care standards
