Description
36 hours/week. Night shift 7pm – 7:30pm, Three 12 hour shifts rotating shifts including weekends.
- Responsible for performing, analyzing, and coordinating diagnostic sleep studies including PSG, MSLT, and CPAP, ensuring accurate data collection and scoring for physician interpretation.
- This role independently conducts high-quality testing, monitors and maintains equipment, and identifies and resolves technical issues to support optimal performance.
- The technologist assesses patient status throughout testing, ensures patient comfort and safety, and maintains clear communication with care teams to support continuity of care.
- Additional responsibilities include maintaining accurate documentation for billing, participating in quality improvement efforts, and completing assigned projects.
- Candidates must possess a high school diploma, applicable credentials (RPSGT or RRT with A-Step modules), at least one year of related experience, and strong technical, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
