Job Description:
Job Summary
Seeking a Registered Nurse to provide safe, compassionate, and effective patient care across the full nursing process. The RN will assess patient needs, develop and implement care plans, administer medications and treatments, and monitor patient progress.

Key Responsibilities
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
- Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately.
- Monitor patient conditions and communicate significant changes to the physician and care team.
- Educate patients and families throughout the admission and discharge process.
- Maintain accurate and timely nursing documentation.
- Delegate appropriate tasks and provide direction to nursing assistants and support staff.
- Prioritize multiple patient needs while maintaining safe, quality care.

Requirements
- Diploma, ADN, or BSN from an accredited nursing program.
- Active Ohio RN license.
- Current CPR certification.
- AHA BLS certification required.
- ACLS certification required.
- Previous RN experience preferred.
- Strong communication, critical-thinking, organization, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to handle frequent patient-care activities and physically demanding tasks.
