Position Summary:
-The Orthopedic Travel Surgical Technician (ST) provides specialized support for orthopedic surgical cases across multiple sites, including the main hospital and outpatient surgery center.
-When not assisting Orthopedic cases will be expected to assist in other surgical cases.
Qualifications
-Current Surgical Technician Certification, Minimum 2 years' Operating Room experience with orthopedic focus.
-Experience with orthopedic implants and grafts required.
-Strong understanding of sterile technique and perioperative standards.
-Flexibility and strong orthopedic expertise are required, along with the ability to support additional surgical specialties as needed.
-Adaptability to different teams, workflows, and case volumes required.
-Experience with robotics and advanced surgical technology.
Primary Responsibilities:
-Provide intraoperative support for orthopedic surgical procedures. Manage orthopedic implants, grafts, and instrumentation.
-Maintain knowledge of orthopedic procedures including total joint and sports medicine.
-Support General, Urology, Uro-GYN, GYN, ENT, Neuro, Podiatry, and Robotics when not assigned to orthopedic cases.

Patterns Hiring Job ID #298153. Pay package is based on 10 hour shifts and 40 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
