📍 Mauston, WI | 🗓️ 13 Weeks | ⏱️ 36 hrs/week | ☀️ Days (6:30 AM – 7:00 PM)

Seeking a compassionate Medical-Surgical/EICU Registered Nurse to provide high-quality patient care in a collaborative acute care setting. Candidates must be comfortable caring for both Med/Surg and eICU patients.

Responsibilities:

Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized patient care
Provide nursing care for Medical-Surgical and eICU patients
Administer medications, IV therapies, and treatments safely
Monitor patient conditions and promptly communicate significant changes
Collaborate with physicians and the interdisciplinary healthcare team
Educate patients and families on treatments, medications, and discharge planning
Maintain accurate documentation using the electronic medical record
Ensure compliance with infection control and patient safety standards

Requirements:

Active Wisconsin RN License
Associate Degree in Nursing required (BSN preferred)
Current BLS certification
ACLS required (or obtainable within 6 months of hire)
PALS encouraged
Comfortable caring for both Medical-Surgical and eICU patients
Experience with Meditech EMR preferred

Assignment Details:

13-week assignment
36 hours per week
Day shift: Three 12-hour shifts (6:30 AM – 7:00 PM)
Every 4th weekend required
Every other holiday rotation
No on-call required
1 opening

Patterns Hiring Job ID #298209. Pay package is based on 12 hour shifts and 36 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
