ER RN – Flex Team | Nights

Springfield, MA| 13 Weeks | 36 hrs/week | Nights

Seeking experienced Emergency Room RNs for a high-acuity emergency department. This is an excellent opportunity for nurses who are comfortable caring for complex, unstable patients across a diverse emergency population.

Position Details
Start Date: September 7, 2026
Contract: 13 weeks
Schedule: 3x12s or 4x12s
Shift: Nights, 7:00 PM – 7:30 AM
Guaranteed Hours: 36 hrs/week
48-hour contracts: Available
Openings: 10
Weekend/Holiday: Holiday coverage required
No Call
Radius Requirement: Must reside outside a 90-mile radius
Department
118-bed Emergency Department
Typical nurse-to-patient ratio: 1:6
Mixed-acuity patient population, including:
Behavioral health
Boarding patients
Emergency/trauma cases
Critically ill and ICU-level patients
Requirements
Minimum 2 years of ED or ICU experience
Strong critical-care skills
Experience managing complex and unstable patients
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
Active Massachusetts RN license
BLS and ACLS required
Strong adaptability and clinical judgment
