License: PT HI state license required
Certification: BLS required
Shift: Mon - Fri (8:00am - 4:30pm).Must Be Able To Work Saturdays No Exeptionist
Experience: Minimum 2 years
Required: PT is required to work in ER, ICU, Med/Surg (Acute, Observation, and SNF), occasionally in OB, and extensively in our hospital based Outpatient PT Clinic.
PT schedule is a mix of in and outpatients every 30-45 minutes (one hour new eval's), which could be between 5 and 15 patients per day.
