Job Details
Seeking an experienced Emergency Room RN for a 13-week night-shift assignment. The RN will provide emergency nursing care to patients across the lifespan, perform triage and assessments, manage emergency situations, and provide safe, evidence-based patient care.

Responsibilities
Perform patient triage and prioritize care based on patient needs
Complete ongoing assessments and develop individualized care plans
Provide nursing interventions for emergency conditions and changes in patient status
Monitor patient responses and document care accurately
Educate patients and families regarding treatment and discharge instructions
Maintain emergency supplies and equipment
Collaborate with physicians and the interdisciplinary healthcare team
Provide safe and efficient care in a fast-paced ED environment

Requirements

Active Pennsylvania RN license
2+ years of Emergency Department experience
BLS/BCLS
ACLS
PALS
NIHSS
EPIC experience preferred
Strong emergency assessment, triage, and critical-thinking skills
Experience caring for patients across the lifespan
Holiday coverage required
