📍 Westfield, PA | 🗓️ 10 Weeks | 🧠 Psych RN – Night Shift

Seeking an experienced Psychiatric Registered Nurse for a 10-week night shift assignment in an inpatient behavioral health and addiction recovery setting. This position supports both detox and residential treatment units and requires flexibility to float between units as needed.

Schedule:
• 10 Week Assignment
• Night Shift: 6:00 PM – 6:30 AM
• Rotating Weekends Required
• Full Orientation Required (Classroom, Shadowing & HealthStream Modules)

Requirements:
• Active RN License
• Minimum 1 Year Current Psychiatric Nursing or Comparable Behavioral Health Experience
• Must be willing to float between units as needed
• SNF and Home Health experience alone will not be considered
• Strong behavioral health, crisis intervention, and patient assessment skills

Responsibilities:
• Provide direct nursing care to adult behavioral health and substance abuse patients
• Administer medications and monitor patient responses
• Complete assessments, documentation, and treatment plan updates
• Support detoxification and residential treatment programs
• Collaborate with therapists, behavioral health staff, and providers
• Maintain a safe and therapeutic environment

Unit Details:
• Adult Inpatient Behavioral Health Facility
• 64 Beds (Expanding to 94 Beds)
• Detox Unit & Residential Treatment Unit
• Voluntary and Involuntary Admissions
• Nurse-to-Patient Ratios:

Detox Unit: 1:7
Residential Unit: 1:24
• Support Staff Includes BHTs, BHAs, and Clinical Therapy Teams
• Charting System: HCS

• Mandatory orientation includes 2–3 classroom days and 3 shadow shifts
