📍 Ada, OK | 🗓️ 13 Weeks | 🧠 Behavioral Health Therapist (LPC/LCSW/LADC) – Days

Seeking a licensed Behavioral Health Therapist for a 13-week assignment in an inpatient behavioral health setting. This role is ideal for professionals experienced in mental health and substance use treatment who are passionate about providing compassionate, patient-centered care.

Schedule:
• Monday – Friday
• 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Day shifts
• Flexible scheduling available

Responsibilities:
• Conduct psychosocial assessments and develop individualized treatment and discharge plans
• Provide individual, group, and family therapy sessions
• Apply evidence-based psychotherapeutic interventions for patients with mental health and substance use disorders
• Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation in accordance with facility standards
• Manage a caseload of approximately 10–15 patients
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary treatment team to coordinate patient care
• Assist with case management, discharge planning, and aftercare services as needed

Requirements:
• Active LPC, LCSW, or LADC Oklahoma license
• Master's Degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or a related Human Services field
• Minimum 1 year of behavioral health or comparable clinical experience
• CPR certification required
• De-escalation/Restraint certification required (training available upon hire)
• Strong documentation and treatment planning skills

Patient Population:
• Adolescents, Adults, and Seniors
• Mental Health, Substance Use Disorders, Dual Diagnosis, PTSD, Eating Disorders, Intellectual Disabilities, and Memory Disorders
