Seeking a Physical Therapist (PT) for an outpatient rehab assignment with Saint Francis Health System at Saint Francis Hospital Muskogee – Xavier Building. This is a traveler role offering a strong clinical environment and competitive pay.
The PT will provide hands-on patient care including evaluations, treatment planning, and progression of therapy programs. Responsibilities include setting functional goals, modifying treatment plans based on patient progress, and maintaining accurate same-day documentation. The role also involves patient and family education, collaboration with healthcare teams, and supporting daily outpatient rehab operations.
