Emergency Room Registered Nurse (ER RN) – Travel Assignment

Location: Tulsa, OK
Facility: Saint Francis Hospital South
Contract Length: 13 Weeks
Start Date: 07/27/2026
Shift: Nights (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM)

Position Overview

Saint Francis Hospital South is seeking an experienced Emergency Room Registered Nurse (ER RN) for a 13-week travel assignment. The ER RN will provide high-quality emergency nursing care to patients with a variety of medical, surgical, trauma, and critical care needs in a fast-paced Emergency Department environment.

Responsibilities
Perform comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualized care plans.
Triage and prioritize patients based on acuity and clinical needs.
Monitor patient conditions and respond appropriately to changes in status.
Administer medications, treatments, and emergency interventions.
Care for patients with cardiac, respiratory, neurological, trauma, and other emergency conditions.
Participate in trauma activations, code responses, and emergency procedures.
Educate patients and families regarding treatment plans and discharge instructions.
Accurately document patient care using Epic EMR.
Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
Requirements

Experience:

Minimum 2 years of recent Emergency Room experience.
Experience caring for high-acuity patients.
Epic EMR experience required.

Licensure:

Active Oklahoma RN License or Compact RN License.

Certifications:

BLS (AHA)
ACLS
PALS
NIHSS
Patterns Hiring Job ID #375-26. Pay package is based on 12 hour shifts and 36 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
