Physical Therapist | Muskogee, OK

13-Week Contract | June 29, 2026 – September 26, 2026

Saint Francis Health System is seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist for a 13-week contract assignment at the Muskogee Campus – Xavier Building in Muskogee, Oklahoma.

Schedule:
• Day Shift
• Monday – Friday
• 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Responsibilities:
• Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans based on clinical findings and functional goals.
• Provide skilled physical therapy interventions to improve mobility, strength, balance, endurance, and overall function.
• Progress and modify treatment plans as patient goals are achieved.
• Educate patients, family members, and caregivers on treatment plans, home exercise programs, and injury prevention.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of evaluations, treatments, progress notes, and patient charges.
• Collaborate with physicians, rehabilitation staff, and interdisciplinary healthcare teams to coordinate patient care.
• Prioritize daily caseload while meeting productivity standards.
• Delegate appropriate patient care tasks to Physical Therapist Assistants and support staff.
• Participate in continuing education, departmental meetings, and professional development activities.
• Assist with orientation and training of new staff, students, and volunteers as needed.

Requirements:
• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program.
• Active Oklahoma Physical Therapist License or Temporary Letter of Authorization to practice Physical Therapy.
• Current BLS Certification.
• Strong communication, patient education, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to develop, implement, and progress individualized treatment programs.

Preferred:
• Outpatient rehabilitation experience.
• Experience working with a diverse orthopedic and neurological patient population.
• Strong documentation and time-management skills.
