Schedule
Shift: Days
Hours: 7:30 AM – 3:00 PM
Guaranteed Hours: 36 hours/week
On-Call: As needed
Required Qualifications
Active Oklahoma RN or Multistate RN license
BLS
ACLS
PALS
NIHSS
Graduate of an approved nursing program
0–6 months of related experience listed as the minimum requirement

Preferred:

Epic experience
Job Responsibilities
Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care using the nursing process.
Develop individualized plans of care based on patient needs and unit guidelines.
Monitor patients while considering age, cultural, and psychosocial factors.
Perform appropriate nursing skills and anticipate patient/unit needs.
Demonstrate sound clinical and psychosocial knowledge.
Delegate appropriately and communicate effectively with the healthcare team.
Exercise professional judgment in changing patient and unit situations.
Accurately document assessments, interventions, and patient outcomes.
Monitor patient progress and address problems according to nursing policies.
Provide patient education and assist with discharge planning.
Make appropriate and timely referrals.
Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare disciplines.
Participate in quality improvement and educational activities.
Attend required in-services and maintain unit education standards.
Complete required variance reports.
Maintain patient safety, confidentiality, and professional standards.
