Seeking an experienced Critical Care RN for an ICU/Critical Care Float assignment.

Position Highlights:

6:45 AM–7:15 PM
Flexible scheduling with every other weekend required
Must be willing to float
Epic documentation
ICU/Critical Care setting
CRRT and Swan-Ganz experience preferred

Key Duties:

Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized patient care
Perform nursing skills appropriate for critical care patients
Monitor and respond to changes in patient condition
Accurately document patient care and nursing interventions
Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary healthcare teams
Provide patient education and support discharge planning

Requirements:

2+ years of experience
Valid Oklahoma or multistate RN license
BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS required
Strong critical care knowledge and clinical judgment
Effective communication and documentation skills
