Contract Dates: October 19, 2026 – January 16, 2027
Shift: Nights, 7:00 PM–7:00 AM
Schedule: 3 days per week, every other weekend

Job Summary

The Registered Nurse will provide comprehensive nursing care to patients in the Progressive Care Unit. The RN will assess patient needs, develop and implement individualized care plans, monitor patient conditions, and collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals.

Responsibilities

Perform patient assessments and utilize the nursing process.
Develop and implement individualized care plans.
Monitor patient conditions and respond appropriately to changes.
Administer and coordinate nursing care according to hospital policies.
Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
Provide patient education and discharge instructions.
Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to support quality patient care.
*Demonstrate sound clinical judgment and prioritize patient needs.
Follow hospital policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.

Requirements

Minimu 1 year of RN experience.
Epic experience required.
Valid Oklahoma or Compact RN license.
BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications required.
Strong clinical assessment, communication, documentation, and organizational skills.
Completion of an approved nursing program.
