Job Description

Saint Francis Health System is seeking an experienced Emergency Department Registered Nurse for a 13-week travel assignment at its South Campus Hospital in Tulsa, OK.

The RN will provide direct emergency patient care using the nursing process, including assessment, care planning, implementation, evaluation, medication/treatment support, documentation, patient education, discharge planning, and collaboration with physicians and other healthcare professionals.

Key Responsibilities
Assess and monitor patients in the Emergency Department.
Develop and individualize patient care plans.
Perform appropriate nursing interventions based on patient condition.
Prioritize care in a fast-paced emergency setting.
Monitor and document patient status accurately in Epic.
Provide patient/family education and discharge instructions.
Communicate and collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary teams.
Recognize changes in patient condition and respond appropriately.
Complete required documentation and variance reports.
Participate in quality improvement and required education.
Required Qualifications
Active Oklahoma or Multistate RN license
2+ years of experience — listed under technical skills
BLS – AHA
ACLS
PALS
NIHSS
Epic experience
Strong emergency/acute-care nursing skills
