Seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) for a Medical-Surgical unit with telemetry patients and varied shifts. This role requires strong acute care skills in a fast-paced inpatient setting with a focus on patient safety and continuous monitoring.

📌 Requirements
Active RN license
2+ years current Med-Surg experience (required)
Telemetry experience (required)
Willingness to float to similar units (required)
Basic Dysrhythmia course completion (strongly required)
BLS, ACLS, NIHSS in hand at submission (no pending certs)
Meditech Expanse experience (highly preferred)
Own vehicle required
Perm address must be included
All RTO must be submitted at time of application (no changes after offer)
No block scheduling or 48-hour guarantee available
