Description
Key Responsibilities
Deliver high-quality triage and patient care using strong clinical assessment skills and point-of-care testing, in accordance with State Board of Nursing standards
Collaborate with providers to develop and implement individualized care plans for complex cardiac patients
Proactively coordinate care for acute and chronic cardiovascular conditions while advocating for patient needs and preferences
Perform detailed cardiovascular assessments in a high-volume outpatient clinic setting
Manage patients with Cardiac Implantable Electronic Devices (CIEDs), including pacemakers, ICDs, and CRT devices
Required:
Minimum 3+ years of recent outpatient cardiology experience
Highly Preferred:
Experience with cardiac device management (CIEDs)
Acute care experience
Preferred:
Travel nursing experience
