📍 North Adams, MA | 🗓️ 13 Weeks | ⏱️ 36 hrs/week | 🌙 Nights (11:00 PM – 7:30 AM)

Seeking an experienced Administrative Director (RN) to oversee hospital operations during evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays. This leadership role requires strong clinical judgment, operational oversight, and the ability to manage multiple departments in a fast-paced acute care environment.

Responsibilities:

Direct hospital operations during assigned night shifts
Provide leadership and oversight for inpatient, ancillary, and support departments
Serve as the clinical and administrative resource for staff
Respond to emergency, trauma, and critical care situations
Support staffing operations and facilitate conflict resolution
Ensure compliance with hospital policies, quality standards, and patient safety initiatives
Provide shift supervisor coverage as needed

Requirements:

Active Massachusetts RN License
Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN) or higher
Minimum 3 years of nursing leadership experience
Demonstrated experience in conflict resolution and acute care hospital operations
Experience with emergency, trauma, and critical care management
Current AHA BLS and ACLS certifications
Reliable personal vehicle required
Continuing education and professional development required

Assignment Details:

13-week assignment
36 hours per week
Night shift: 11:00 PM – 7:30 AM
May be required to cover as Shift Supervisor
Weekends and holidays as needed
No on-call
Non-billable 8-hour orientation
Candidates must reside more than 50 miles from the facility
