$Hospital-Submission Requirements 2+years Current experience in outpatient oncology and infusion- [REQUIRED] Chemo Cert (ONS) and Oncology Certified RN (OCN) - [REQUIRED] Peripheral IV Insertion experience - [Required] Port/Fistula/Catheter experience- [Required] IV Certification - [Highly preferred] EPIC Experience - [Required] Previous traveler -[preferred] BSN- [preferred] EPIC Experience - [Required] Profile Requirements: Work History Skills Checklist (pertinent to position), current to 1 year 1 Supervisory Signed Reference (from within the past two years of employment) License/Certifications - Must be uploaded with profile (Current Nursys, BLS, ONC Cert, CHEMO CERT, ACLS, PERM ADDRESS and de-escalation training proofs - Facility will not pend license/certs) MUST be able to lift up to 50 lbs. If unable to, please redirect. Permanent address must be included in profile. Address must match Driver License/State ID. Address will be validated during compliance process.
